4. The author provides proper attribution for the information presented.

1. If this is an institutional page, what institution (educational, commercial, non-profit) sponsors this web page?
2. The institution is recognized in the field and appropriate to provide this information.
3. The information on the linked web page is consistent with the goals of EconEdLink.
